Allergy information is important to share with the school nurse. If your child's physician has prescribed an EpiPen for your child contact the school nurse. The Food Allergy & Anaphylaxis Emergency Care Plan or Plan de Atención de Emergencia En Caso de Alergia a Alimentos y Anafilxia should be completed, signed by both parent and your child's physician, and drop it off along with the EpiPen to be used at school if your child has a reaction. If there is a change in your child's allergies - always update the school nurse.
